At Before Gold Gymnastics we are excited for the upcoming 2024 Paris Gymnastics Olympic games! This camp will be Olympic and team-building themed and still include all of our other fun camp activities. Don't miss out on this fun event that only comes every 4 years!

Our camps are jam-packed with fun! We have Gymnastics Uneven Bars, Floor, Beam, High Bar, Vault, Rings, Trampoline, Tumbling, Arts & Crafts, Games, Obstacle Courses, Open Gym time, Themes, Drills, Structured lessons and more. We can't wait to see you and your friends there!

About
Established since 2011, Before Gold Gymnastics’ motto is “Leaving a Legacy on Young Lives”. Head coach/owner, Bri Fraser, and the coaching staff are passionate about this sport and providing a safe and happy environment for kids to learn not only gymnastics skills, but also self-discipline, good morals, teamwork, to give everything their best, and use the skills they learn to help with other sports and activities in their lives. This motto is a daily standard in our gym while teaching the art of gymnastics to boys and girls ages 2 and up. The gym also offers private lessons, competitive teams, tumbling, acro/rhythmic tumbling, cheer lessons for tryouts, conditioning/workout classes, open gyms, camps, events, competitions, showcases and more.
